We are pleased to inform you that Hervé Sabin has been selected as one of the 30 finalists from 19 countries of this year’s LOEWE Foundation Craft Prize. The 30 finalists were selected from 5100 entries from 133 countries. The prize was established in 2016 and is one of the most prestigious events in the world of craft.

Hervé is honored to represent Haiti and the Caribbean from amongst the wide breadth of talented artists, artisans and crafts persons our region has nurtured. This inclusion is a testament to the history of Haiti and its creative prowess. in 2025 the Carbbean via the Bahamas was represented by the incredible Anina Major with her ceramic work, Sand Castle. Latin American region includes Viva Rosa from Brazil. 

We invite the Haitian and Caribbean press to join us and the many international publications that have featured this announcement in promoting the immense talent, innovation and spirit embodied in Haiti and its diaspora.
